About Sunder Biscuits

Sunder Biscuits Industries is a Nagpur-based FMCG manufacturer of biscuits, namkeens, rusks, cakes, chips and more. Finished goods leave its plant every day to distributors and customers across India, and the speed and accuracy of dispatch directly affect service levels and working capital.

The challenge

Outbound dispatch relied on manual gate passes, paper weighbridge records and delivery paperwork, with goods issue and invoicing entered separately in the ERP. The team had limited visibility of an order between the plant gate and the customer, and proof of delivery came back slowly.

The solution

As part of its move to Grow with SAP, Sunder deployed LogystiX for dispatch, integrated with OrderX for orders and with SAP for goods issue and invoicing.

Sunder-specific gate-pass flow: weighbridge reading, batch selection, gross and final weight, and goods-issue posting to SAP.

Architecture

LogystiX runs on AWS with a Node.js backend, MySQL and a React front end, plus a Flutter driver app. At Sunder it connects to SAP for deliveries, goods issue and invoicing, to OrderX for approvals and ePOD, and to weighbridge and IoT scanners at the plant.

Delivery timeline

Where Claude comes in

LogystiX has been built since October 2024. From May 2026 the team used Claude Code, with shared configuration in the frontend and driver-app repositories, to build the platform's AI agent layer. In production LogystiX calls Claude through Amazon Bedrock for freight approval, contract-rate optimisation, weighbridge anomaly detection and transporter scorecards.

Results

LogystiX has been live at Sunder since April 2026, as part of a connected AeonX suite on Grow with SAP.

What's next

With SupplierX, ManuFex, OrderX and LogystiX live, Sunder has one connected operation from supplier to customer. Next steps include wider use of the Claude-powered agents and richer delivery analytics.
