How AeonX builds with Claude

AeonX runs every product repository as a Claude Code project. About Ashapura Group

Ashapura Group is one of India's leading industrial-minerals groups, with leadership, plant and mine teams spread across Gujarat and beyond. Fast, reliable communication between them is essential, and much of it had drifted onto consumer messaging apps.

The challenge

Like many Indian companies, Ashapura ran a large share of its business communication on WhatsApp groups. The company did not own the data, had no administrative control over who was in which group, could not enforce retention or lock accounts when someone left, and mixed personal and corporate conversations on the same phones.

Ashapura's leadership wanted a replacement that people would actually use: as quick and familiar as WhatsApp, but secure, company-owned and centrally managed.

The solution

AeonX provisioned QuiC for Ashapura as an isolated organisation, starting with a leadership cohort and an organisation owner, and ran a WhatsApp-parity programme driven by Ashapura users' feedback.

Chat: one-to-one and group conversations, communities, status, polls, message forwarding, search and inline previews of PDF, Excel and CSV files.

Voice and video: one-to-one and group calls on LiveKit, including native iOS call handling.

•

Security: Signal Protocol end-to-end encryption, two-step verification, linked devices, biometric/PIN unlock, screenshot protection and encryption at rest.

Administration: user and invite management, profile visibility, an emergency lockout switch and an AI on/off control for the organisation.

•

Work tools: tasks, approvals and flows alongside chat.

•

Directory scoped to the organisation, so employees only see colleagues.

Architecture

QuiC consists of Flutter apps for iOS and Android (with native Swift and Kotlin extensions), a Next.js web client and a Fastify backend with Socket.IO, PostgreSQL 16 (Prisma) and Redis 7. It runs on Google Cloud Run with Cloud KMS and Cloud Storage, reaches AWS services through keyless OIDC federation, uses Firebase for push notifications and LiveKit for media.

Delivery timeline

Where Claude comes in

QuiC was built with Claude Code. The repository carries a project CLAUDE.md and a Claude Code configuration, and the team ran dozens of Claude Code sub-agent worktrees in parallel to deliver features such as WhatsApp parity, calling improvements, two-step verification and priority notifications. The codebase is about 185,000 lines: roughly 87,000 in Dart, 47,000 in web TypeScript, 43,000 in backend TypeScript and 10,000 in Swift and Kotlin.

Inside the product, an orchestrator built on the Anthropic SDK (Claude Sonnet) powers the QuiC AI assistant, which can also hand off to AeonX product and SAP assistants. In chat, Claude produces catch-up summaries of long conversations, three suggested replies and message translation. Administrators can switch in-chat AI off for the whole organisation.

QuiC has been live at Ashapura since June 2026.
